Charlie Narmi, the youngest of three siblings, co-founded The Narmi Group alongside his father, Jon, and brings over two decades of experience. He and his wife, Melissa, both hail from Council Bluffs, IA, where they continue to live and raise their family. Charlie's ties to the community extend to his family as well with his older brother, Joe, being a local attorney, and his sister, Ann, being a respected cardiologist in the area. Both Charlie and Melissa are proud University of Iowa alumni, having started their careers in 2001.
Throughout his career, Charlie has been actively involved in the community, having previously served on various boards in the past such as the Spirit Catholic Radio Board and the local Boys & Girls Club Advisory Council. After a hiatus, he has returned to coaching youth basketball, though most of his evenings are spent coordinating activities for his four children, Alexis, Els, Kathryn, and Jack.
