Theresa Rynaski earned her degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and launched her career in 1993 at Kirkpatrick Pettis, a prominent regional financial services firm in Omaha. She later transitioned to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 1998 before joining Baird in 2012. In 2025, she launched The Narmi Group Investment Management alongside Charlie Narmi, where she brings over three decades of experience and commitment.
In addition to her industry certifications, Theresa has achieved the prestigious Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Outside of her professional life, she loves traveling, reading, and cherishing moments with her large extended family and her son, Alec.
